Sarah made me feel immediately comfortable on arrival, she chatted throughout the appointment which was a great distraction. The venue is lovely and easy to find. Will have no hesitation to rebook xx

She was lovely at appointment so it’s a shame. At the end I raised concerns it didn’t look right but was told I would get used to. After I messaged to say it wasn’t an wanted a refund an all messaged stoped delivering. Tried calling been 2 weeks.
