Jess was so lovely and friendly, made me feel super relaxed straight away. This was my first lash extension ever and she explained everything really well and went into detail about how to look after them. She did an amazing job, she really listened to what I wanted and showed me an example before getting started. I didn’t feel a thing the whole time and was relaxed while chatting away. My lashes look gorgeous, I’m super happy.
