Emma has healing hands and she's absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was really nice that she understood if I just wanted to sleep or not talk during the massage instead of chatting. If I wanted to talk however, she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was so pleased that Emma managed to get the knots out of my back. The Beauty Studio is good value for money and luckily for me is just up the road. I won't be going elsewhere!
