I always get my nails done by Jacy - in my first appointment she walked me through everything she was doing so I knew what to expect after a terrible first experience getting my nails done elsewhere. She uses files instead of a drill, which I find to be a much more pleasant experience, and she always checks we are both happy with the length and shape of my nails before painting them.
