I had an excellent experience - once you enter you feel like you’re in a place totally away from the hustle and bustle of New Cross and Lay was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She also gave me good advice and made sure that she checked in with what I wanted as she worked.

Lay was absolutely lovely, the nails look amazing, it’s a really lovely spot away from the high street and very quiet and nice candle burning - such a nice and relaxing experience, will be back for sure :)
