I don’t usually have beauty treatments and this was my first time going into an actual salon. Both staff members were friendly, and I felt welcome even though I had no experience of similar environments.
Chloe, who waxed my eyebrows, did an amazing job. She was thorough and listened to my preference on shape/thickness. It was not painful like I was expecting it to be.
Everything was clean and comfortable. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend.

The salon is lovely and professional. I’ve been getting BIAB elsewhere for the past couple of years, moved house and tried here and it is the best I have ever had done! Lasted longer before growing out due to the careful prep work. I had Chloe and she was great. Highly recommend.
