I don’t usually have beauty treatments and this was my first time going into an actual salon. Both staff members were friendly, and I felt welcome even though I had no experience of similar environments.
Chloe, who waxed my eyebrows, did an amazing job. She was thorough and listened to my preference on shape/thickness. It was not painful like I was expecting it to be.
Everything was clean and comfortable. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend.
