On Monday went for the Derma planning with Lay and I am very happy with the results (wish I had this done a long time ago). My face is now flawless.The environment was very cosy and therapeutic, Lay made me feel at ease and comfortable. Lay has been my beauty therapist for over 10 years. She has been doing my manis, pedis, wax, eyebrow thread, individual lash extensions, and massages for years as she is very trusted and professional. I am always happy with the results and recommend her to anyone.

Booked various treatments for my Mums birthday and wasn’t sure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried as this was a fantastic experience for her. She was treated so well! She left feeling like a new woman and was more relaxed than I’ve seen her in ages! She loved it so much I’ve even booked myself in for some treatments 😆

Lucy (Lay) is a fantastic beautician, one of the best beauty experiences I have had in London. She is friendly and welcoming.
I had a waxing treatment, which was professional, quick and painless at a fair price.
