Wax wasn’t great, it was super painful and, took nearly an hour (usually takes 30 mins max). I get a bikini wax once a month but decided to try someone new as my usual place didn’t have a slot available and I needed it before a trip. But it was so painful, and she went over and over the same spots as she couldn’t get the wax off the first time (multiple times) I left very sore and quite swollen.
