From the minute I got there Rose made me feel so welcome. My past experience at another salon left me scared and she was quick to reassure me, make me relaxed and talk me through the process. She went at a pace with waxing that was comfortable for me.
Didn’t make me feel exposed or unsettled. She was professional yet friendly.

I cannot rate Rose and the beauty shed highly enough! I have had eyebrow threading, tints and laminations with her and my eyebrows always look perfect. She always makes me feel very calm and welcomed too, and keeps me involved in the process :)
