8 nails have nail polish on the underside of the nail, which is minor but doesn’t make for a nice looking finish. Also the shaping isn’t as uniformed as I would like. Overall they look ok but I have had better and a lot cheaper.
The facial was nice, although my headscarf was referred to as “your thing” as it was being adjusted by the staff member and I did feel that this was a bit rude.
I did not feel unwelcome in anyway but nor did I feel that I would return.

Booked a Deep Tissue Massage due to a back injury that had reaccured, At the start I wasnt aked any questions and had to point out the area i was having a problem with (lower back) she told me she encorparated shoulders and back in that, never had that done (and Ive had plenty of deep tissue massages) when that area wasnt the concern. She liberally poured the oil and didnt even ask me to move my hair out of the way (consequently bottom of my hair was coated in oil).
