I been there last day at the salon and there is girl her name is Sonia. Her services was very good and behaviour is very good as well. I recommend to go there and get the nice service.
I had a really good experience at Parlour. The staff Sonia was friendly and professional, and the service was done with care. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, which made the whole visit relaxing. I was happy with the results and would definitely recommend it to others. 👍
I have gone there for manicure and pedicure on 23rd April. Waited 3 hours to finish it . In between she was taking different clients and also end of the session my two fingers were bleeding 😔it's doesn't even look like she did something on my hands ...very disappointed and weast of money.never going there again
Harneet was amazing — she is so good at her job and gave me the best highlights any salon could offer. I’ve been to many salons over the years, but none of them were able to achieve the hair colour I wanted as perfectly as Harneet did. She paid great attention to detail, took her time, and delivered a flawless look. I would highly recommend her for haircuts and colour. She is truly a gem, and her work is art. I am literally obsessed with the colour and couldn’t be happier.

I visited this salon last week Saturday to get individual lash extensions, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
The beautician applied the lashes incorrectly by sticking them directly onto my eyelids instead of attaching them properly to my natural lashes. To a point where the glue was scraping on my eyeball. This was not only uncomfortable but clearly not done professionally. The results looked very poor — as you can see from the attached photo — and were nowhere near the standard I expected.
Despite how unhappy I was, I still paid the full £60 out of respect for the time spent (3.hours). However, I felt there was no accountability taken for the poor application or acknowledgment that the lashes had been applied incorrectly. For the quality of work provided, this service was worth no more than £20.
Sadly, I would not recommend getting your lashes done here based on my experience. I left feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed.
