Terrible! Got there on time and was left waiting while another ladies appointment finished. Was left lying on the bed for 25 minutes while Steph saw to people knocking at the door. Terrible experience and will definitely not be going back. Didn’t make me feel relaxed, more anxious as the time was passing and she was out of the room. Ending up walking out
