Karen was kind and pleasant and thoughtful and professional. She explained about the new therapies and took her time with the caci procedure. I am small so she had a stool ready for me to use to get on to the bed.She also opened the window after asking me if that's what I would like.A lovely comfortable room.Nice hour together.
