Lauren was professional, polite and friendly. She gave good advice and I felt that I could trust her.
I was worried that I would lose my slot because, through unforeseen circumstances, I was late. Not only was she very patient, she was even concerned about making sure that I didn't get a parking ticket and allowed me more time to move my car.
