Always a really relaxing and pleasant experience.
Lauren and her colleagues have just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. I like the fact that the therapists are completely focused on the person they are treating and don't try and engage two people at the same time (which I have encountered at other salons) A lovely piece of 'time out' and much appreciated!
