Eliza is friendly and professional, we always have a nice conversation and I feel very comfortable in the treatment. This was my third time coming to her, having previously seen Soraya (who left the business to be managed by the wonderful Eliza). The room is always very clean and pleasant, and Eliza makes sure to minimise the pain when waxing. Warmly recommended!
