This is the second time I've visited The Beauty Room and I will definitely be returning. Angela is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. She is friendly while maintaining professionalism and certainly knows her stuff!

Would never come here again, I was not once consulted about what i wanted and went in with full eyebrows that i’ve been growing and shaping for the past 5 years - to have them completely removed and left with tadpoles and a wave of self consciousness.
Thank god for eyebrow kits because otherwise i may not have left the house. Although I still don’t really want to.
I was blamed for the result of the new shape, but I never once asked for an eyebrow reshape nor was I asked if that was what I wanted. I was then told “this is the proper way for eyebrows” the explanation - tip of nose/tip of eyebrow & arch of eyebrow end diagonal to my eye - didn’t even match the result i’d been given.
Very very disappointing.

Wonderful relaxing massage. Angela was lovely. From the minute I walked in I felt looked after. The room was very comfortable and warm. Angela asked about any injuries or operations and tailored the massage to my needs. I felt very pampered throughout and will be returning again. Thank you x
