Louise was very friendly and professional. This was my first visit to the salon and I felt very relaxed and in good hands. I had a Hot wax Hollywood wax and I have to say it was probably the best wax I've ever had with the least pain. She also used the hot wax on my underarms for not extra charge once I'd explained I have sensitive skin and have left previous salons with red or sore skin. Definitely would recommend this salon and Louise.
