The facial was lovely but the soundproofing was awful. I could hear the traffic outside, the phone ringing and going unanswered. I could hear two women in the other treatment room chatting the whole time. I don’t think the price I paid matches the atmosphere of the place. Louise was great, and the facial was nice but it didn’t feel like a relaxing experience.
