The hairdressers it's attached to were really busy, and they were all very friendly on arrival.
I was very nervous for my first waxing experience, but Harita talked me through what she was going to do, answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of), and by 10 minutes in, I was super relaxed and really at ease.
Would recommend for sure.
