I’ve had a gorgeous couple of days being pampered by Lauren - The Beauty Room was clean, elegant yet had a cosy welcoming feeling as soon as I walked in. After disappointing appointments previously, Lauren made me feel at ease with her knowledge and friendly aura, ensuring I was 100% happy before I left. I also got the pleasure of having a glow&relax facial which was a perfect mix of tranquility and relief mentally. I am so happy with my treatments and would highly recommend Lauren❤️
