I had a lovely facial including a heated blanket which was lovely and cosy on a wet January day.
Unfortunately the skin on my nose and chin started peeling a few days later. Possibly it was just the exfoliation but I wasn't expecting it and it wasn't great as I had a work event.
The venue was lovely also, but as it's a lovely old building the sound proofing isn't great so you can hear people walking around and music from another room.

I was disappointed as I had booked reflexology releasing pressure from head shoulder and neck so I expected a massage on neck and shoulders. I was just given reflexology so was very disappointed.

So happy with my eyebrow wax and tint! Chanel was very knowledgable and talked me through everything. Salon is gorgeous too. Will definitely be back!

I loved every single bit of my experience at The Beauty Room, from coming in out of the rain to the cosy room and gentle vibe I got from Bonna. She was super attentive to what I needed and really helped to relieve some of the pain in my neck. I really didn’t want to leave!! I will definitely book again and have already recommended to my partner and friends, thank you 💕💕
