I’ve been going to the beauty room for almost a year now for monthly facials. I have had the pleasure of having Chanel as my beauty therapist. Chanel is not only very skilled at this treatment and I always throughly look forward to my treatment, but is such a lovely person too. It really does feel like seeing a friend. I cannot recommend the Beauty Room enough. Great treatments, great prices and an amazing team!

I've got Hollywood Wax. It wasn't as painful as I expected, even tho it had been a long time. All the staff were kind, and the venue was clean. It was my first time getting a waxing at Hertfords, and am willing to come back again.
