Sian has a very loud voice which isnt very relaxing. The lights were on so far too bright. The lights should be dimmed for a hopi holistic appointment and instrumental music on in the background. This is standard. In addition no aromatherapy oil was rubbed into my temples and no acupressure applied to my temples above the eyebrows at the end of the treatment in a proper fashion.
