I had my first appointment with Lulia a few weeks ago and was so impressed. She was warm, friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Lulia explained the products she used and her professional technique made the waxing process far less painful than I expected. The space was clean and welcoming and I left feeling really well cared for.
