Bobbi is such a lovely lady and gives me the best waxings; she is efficient and thorough, the experience is pain-free to me and my skin feels silky-smooth for weeks upon weeks afterwards!
Many small businesses no longer seem to understand or care about the art of customer service. They behave as if the public should feel privileged that they exist. Bobbi is a breath of fresh air in comparison.
I am leaving London soon, for at least a few months, and will miss her and her services enormously.

Amazing lash lift and brow thread from Bobbi! She is really attentive and cares/listens to her clients and will give you the best advice. Unlike busy salons her home based venue is peaceful and will make u feel comfortable all I can do is recommend as she is amazing!!!!
