Well overall wasn't a bad experience. I had a deep facial, which was supposed to include steaming in the beginning, however, the lady she asks me if I am okay to apply a gel instead because the machine has been broken. I prefered steamed, it's more effective. So yes, pls ask in advance if you want steaming
