this was by far my worst wax experience ever. They kept adding layer upon layer of wax to the point it was so 5x more painful to remove.it felt like she was trying to cast my V out of wax rather than remove hair. I was a five mins late and had called to alert them- as a result the wax was not finished - but was left with enormous lumps of wax all over me and inside me. After my appointment the therapist called the owner and announced to the entire salon that my hair was long and stubborn. Awful
