I was an absolute diva and changed my mind and wanted shellac - this meant I more time so I ended up having to have my nails done on my lap whilst having my hair done at the same time. They were very accommodating and I am very pleased with my result - both manicure and pedicure. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

The place looked stylish and tidy. The massage was really good, relaxing yet therapeutic. The only thing to improve would be the music played during the massage, as it was a radio station the commercials came by every now and then which is not really relaxing. But besides that, a lovely experience and I'll definitely go back.

I can honestly say that I'm over the moon for discovering this salon. I love my therapist (embarrassingly I've forgotten her name, and I've been there twice, but lovely, beautiful Russian lady!). I've got a bit of a problem chin area, and the Karin Herzog Oxygen facial is amazing! The best thing about this facial is she does extractions, and proper extractions, what's rare to find in London these days, and my skin feels amazingly soft after. I'm going back this week to be waxed and have my eye lashes tinted, I'll keep you posted.
I booked the £24 wash and cut on the basis that Treatwell was a trusted site. On my visit to the salon I was greeted by staff who lead me straight to the sink after taking my jacket. There was no consultation to look at my hair in its natural state before washing, or what I wanted from the experience. I have naturally very curly hair so it is even more important to view the hair before it is washed.
After my hair was washed the staff whose english is very limited was very hesitant to cut my hair and kept asking me for assurance. I was very nervous throughout the entire process and wanted to leave immediately but felt I could not as the y had already taken my money.
I would definitely NOT recommend this salon. Quite possibly the worst hair dressing experience I have had to date.

This is my second visit and i absolutely love the attention to detail that goes into the pedicure's. I would defiantly return and recommend this place to all my friends. I've already had so many compliments on my Christmas feet. Thank you again and the staff were so friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I can't praise this place enough!!!
