I'd booked for Saturday but was late for the appointment as I couldn't follow the map - it is a good ten minute walk from Leytonstone station, closer to Leytonstone High Road overground station. Anyway, my fault, but they couldn't have been nicer about it, and rebooked me for the next day with smiles. They were super friendly and I was offered a drink as I sat down. Henrietta was the most gentle hairdresser I have ever had, with the hairwash (I had the hairmask too, it was lovely) and the cut & blowdry - I nearly fell asleep. Tip: do have a good idea of what you'd like before you go, as they are very much guided by you - if this is your preference, then it's perfect. The salon is clean and tidy, and although they seem to be popular I don't think you'd ever have a problem getting an appointment at a time that suited you. The prices were extremely reasonable, and I will be returning. Thank you!

It was one of the best intimate waxing I've ever had. Painless, quick and I love the result. She was great and really friendly and she used a really good wax that didn't hurt my skin.

Firstly, they are small but beautiful. When your treatments begin you are given tea and biscuits, the staff are incredibly attentive and you will begin to feel relaxed instantly. I had the Moroccan oil treatment and my hair feels lush right down to the ends. A trim is exactly that no scissor happy hands here. I am really happy with the finish.
