The staff were very welcoming and professional! Natalija was my beautician and she was absolutely lovely, she had great conversation and the atmosphere was nice too, so much so that i didst thing about my treatment. She stuck to time and was very thorough with my treatment and her attention to details was great too!
I highly recommend this salon and will be going back for more treatments. Thank you ladies!!!

Very lovely salon and friendly staff however, the proof is in the pudding and the overall result of my gel nails were not the best I have ever had, sadly.

This was BY FAR the best experience of a wax treatment I've ever had. I have only come to this salon because i desperately needed a last-minute treatment and remembered that my friend had previously recommended me this one. Despite the fact that arrived late, the receptionist made me feel like it wasn't the end of the world and sat me in the reception area while the room was being prepared.
The beautician (Natasha) has unbelievable skills and was happy to make conversation and share funny stories with me to diffuse my nervousness. she clearly explained all the steps and even put some relaxing music on to calm me down. she took exceptional care of me and didn't rush even though we ran over my time slot by about 15 minutes. her attention to detail as well as her customer service is the reason why i will not go anywhere else again.
I recommend this salon 100%
