I went in for a Hollywood wax, the staff greeted me warmly and knew who I was as I came in, calling me by name. I was shown to a clean tidy treatment room with relaxing music/sounds playing. The therapist asked what I wanted before she started (I have been given the wrong thing in other places by them not asking!) and explained about the wax and other products she was using. But the best part? Even though I had gone 4 weeks more than I normally would, she was quick efficient and even gave me a recipe for a home made aftercare product. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I was seriously impressed and am chuffed because its just round the corner form my house! Would recommend to anyone! and everyone!

Really lovely salon and staff. Very attentive and overall it was good. My only slight complaint is that I had highlights and my hair looks a little too obviously 'stripey' at the front. I am hoping this will lessen over the coming weeks.

Really good gel manicure which has lasted very well. Only problem was a bit of a language barrier with the therapist which meant we needed some help from the manageress.

I had a lovely Full body wax yesterday, it was my third full body wax ever and out of the other three places The beauty lounge was virtually pain free. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.
Illona was lovely as well , she gave me directions before I came and it was convenient for me to take the number 257 bus which took 5 mins from Stratford shopping centre.
