The place is extremely easy to reach, clean, and efficient. Yes, the room for the facials is basic, but it is spotless, well-heated, and the treatment bed is very comfortable. I also liked Ilona - she is lovely, gentle, and explains exactly what she is doing. Unfortunately the Oxygen Facial I had chosen simply did not work for me. It does not involve steaming your pores open - something that the oxygen in the products is meant to do. In my case that didn't happen...I could feel no softening, no opening. As a result the extractions were painful, left marks, and worst of all, only half-emptied the pores (cue weeks of spotty, blotchy misery). So no more Karin Herzog facials for me I am afraid. But I would definitely return for other types of facials as Ilona really is lovely and very professional.

Great overall experience. Staff is really friendly and make you feel really welcome with complementary drinks and chocolates. The hair cut by Irina was absolutely amazing, she knows what she's doing , especially when it comes to achieving the desired colour. Her knowledge of colour pallets and mixtures surprised me. The haircut is an A* and good value for money. Already came back the second time and will keep it up. Thanks girls.
Great location, easy parking right outside and a Tesco's next door. Nice small, comfortable shop, with beautiful decor. Lovely soft spoken staff members, who offered me water, tea or coffee. Beautiful massage, where the masseuse asked me how much pressure I would like during my deep tissue massage, lovely soothing music, nice smelling oils; was so good I feel asleep lol.
I will differently be going again.

Very nice, clean, well decorated salon, with friendly polite staff. I was repeatedly offered tea, coffee or water. The haircut was okay, but took a very long time - an hour and a quarter - and the blow dry was so-so. Would probably recommend to a friend if they lived locally, and would maybe go again myself.
