Had a great manicure and pedicure at The Beauty Lounge. Really attentive staff, excellent service and my nails look great. Ilona really put me at ease and it was such good value- she used Essie nail colour. So happy to have found a local salon in my new area. Thank you!

Initially I was a little put out that the staff didn't seem prepared for me and left me waiting until I realized that the online booking system had scheduled my appointment for a different day to what I had selected. This was in spite of me receiving an initial email confirming the time I had chosen. The lady who spoke to me was lovely and even though it wasn't her fault she was very apologetic, took the time to investigate until we realized why my booking wasn't showing and offered to fit me in either later that day or the following. Although the muck up meant an extra trip the salon was so pleasant with great decorating and a fun radio station playing the wait was pleasant.
When I went back the following day the lady was friendly, took great care and time with my manicure, there was no rushing me out at the end either as I was offered a drink and welcomed to stay for 15min or longer to ensure my nails were completely dry.

This salon is super clean, friendly and relaxing. The staff are friendly and the lady who cut my hair did a great job. I will be back :-)

Hairdressers was very good and cut hair exactly how it was wanted. Good experience and clow dry, would reccomend it to others!
