I had a Brazilian wax with Natalia and it was excellent. She was very attentive and really put me at my ease. The room was clean, light and had gentle music playing. Natalia herself was a true pro and took lots of care to make sure the results were great. It's taken a while to find a wax I would go back for and I will definitely be returning! I've also had a mani-pedi there before which was also excellent. Love E11 Beauty Room!

This was my first hot waxing (and hollywood) experience so I was slightly nervous but Natalija put me at ease. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and the results from the wax were exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be going back soon.
