Amazing experience. Ilona was great: very kind, polite and professional. The waxing room was very cosy and clean. I've never had a such satisfying waxing experience, she was very accurate to leave the areas completely clean with no hair at all. Will definitely return!

Great local hairdressers. The hairstylist had great experience and delivered a haircut and blow dry that left my hair feeling brand new.
There was a slight language barrier between me and the stylist, but the other staff did a great job in making up for this. Would recommend and return myself.

I went to this hairdressers with my little sister, I got a cut and blowdry first and then she did. This was her first ever haircut and I wanted it to be special and good for her as she was really excited and it was a birthday gift!
The staff was extremely good to me and I liked my haircut alot, however, when it came to my little sister I asked for something very specific - a curly blowdry. I had to pop out for lunch so I left them with my requests and they said to me it was fine.
When I came back, her hair was just straight and the staff said "you should not cut her hair here. You should just do it at home." They did not fulfill my requests and I was very disappointed with the result, as well as them telling me not to come back for her as she was REALLY excited about it.
So sad with the experience for my sister, and for that reason, I give them 2 star.
Give the same experience to EVERY guest no matter what there age is. DISAPPOINTED.

Always enjoy my treatments at The Beauty Lounge, staff are polite and quality is great. Gel Nails always last for two weeks and pedicure was great.
