Yesterday I had Brazilian Waxing with Ilona and it was excellent. Ilona is a very nice and gentle person and this makes the experience more positive. Even though I had left it a bit too long to go it was not as painful as it has often been. Ilona was fast but efficient so nothing was left where there should be none. Five stars from me and I will be coming back.

I had the oxygen facial. Ilona was very professional- talked me through the treatment and products she was using (did not do the hard sell at all- advised me to go and read up and see how my skin reacts to the facial). Was very happy with the treatment and will definitely return for another one

I was nervous to try a new stylist and whenI got there the hairdresser didn't speak english which made me more nervous!..but she knew exactly what she was doing and with some hand gestures we were fine. Also the owner spoke fluent english so I asked her to translate. The cut was great and a brilliant blow dry. It was a good price too so I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

The salon was lovely and the staff were great. The stylist didn't speak much English so the receptionist translated. I ended up having to cut off more hair than I hoped due to damage, but the stylist was really good about it. She knew what she was doing. I was kind of disappointed by the oil treatment as I thought itd be more than it was. Overall I left happy though.
