Incredibly relaxing facial, but I have no idea what the name of the therapist is and she never introduced herself! Not sure what the long term benefits will be, but overall very happy - and at an unbeatable price!

Great Service. Illona is very friendly and welcoming. Each time I visit the salon my expectations are always exceeded. I would recommend the hot waxing treatments provided by the Beauty Lounge E11 to all customers.

Booked an appointment with Ilona. The treatments received were hollywood hot wax, underarm wax and eyebrow wax who usually does my wax but when I arrived I was told she was with another customer for the next 40 minutes and that someone else would be doing my treatment. Was a little annoyed at first because I had specifically called and spoken to Illona and booked to have my treatment with her but needed the treatment done that day so I decided to let someone else do it.
This other lady was nice and friendly and quick although I do prefer how Illona does my eyebrows as she tends to shape them more to my face.
Overall though not a bad experience and I would visit again!
