Wonderful therapist. Speedy and really professional. Fantastic result, and it usually lasts for several weeks with lighter hair growth. The wax was hot fruit wax, which was painless and also gets all those little hairs. It's rare to actually find a Hollywood wax anything but tolerable, so fantastic job to the therapist. Will definitely go back for the next round in a few weeks - this is my go-to place for waxing and facials.

Actually had a slightly different facial, as the salon cleverly realised i had recently had eyelash extensions and so couldn't have steam. As is their usual personal service, they checked this with me and booked me in for a different facial at no extra cost. It was absolutely amazing - wonderful therapist; lovely ambience; excellent products; and perfect result. I actually fell asleep (after days of insomnia) during the extremely relaxing facial. It was wonderful and faultless. Can't wait to go back!

I went for eyelash extensions. The treatment was fine (it does take a while, 2 hours, but i knew that). Unfortunately, i was waiting for over 15 mins before my appointment, which was a bit annoying. it's not usually the case at the salon so i just hope it was a one off. the eyelash extensions look great though - i'd have fancied something a bit more dramatic (or the bottom lashes to be done as well), but perhaps that's something to ask about next time!

First time here for gel manicure. Elana (so?) was very polite and friendly. I had a full manicure- scrub and massage and the colour choice was great. Great value and service and nails looks great. Will be back and recommend!
