Well it was exactly what I was after :) and to be honest it was done in 15 mins , which it's something to clap and congratulate them on , as I have had previous cases of having to be on a beauty chair for half an hour or so . Well done !

My first time at this salon and it started with a bit of bump - I was booked in for a Brazilian hot wax, gel nails removal and re-polish so had booked two hours to get it all done. I was called to ask if I could come thirty mins later and that I'd still be finished on time, so I had no problem with that. When I arrived, I had to wait a further thirty minutes, and when I was asked what I had come for (now an hour into my original appointment) the therapists seemed somewhat surprised that I had to leave on time (apparently some confusion as they didn't have the receptionist that day). All that aside, the therapist was very apologetic that they were running so late, and she was amazing in managing to turn all of my treatments around in less than an hour so that I was still able to leave when planned which was much appreciated. In terms of the treatments, I have no complaints at all! My nails look great and the hot wax was done as painlessly as possible and an excellent finish. I'll definitely return again (hopefully timekeeping will be better!).
