Really good experience. Lana cut my hair exactly how I asked her to, and spent time giving me tips to achieve the look by myself. Had plenty of compliments on my hair that evening.

I had a lovely facial and it was much needed! The beautician was very friendly and professional. The only thing I would improve is during my mask I was left on my own for 15 minutes and would have preferred a hand or feet massage instead!

As per usual, I had a hot scissor haircut and treatment and I award it 10 stars! Lana is amazing. She always gives me top tips and shows me how to style my hair and how to keep it healthy. I love her personality! Will be going back in November!
