Very thorough. Never had hot wax before but it was so much less painful, I'll now have it each time.

They were running late and I had to wait a while before I was seen but the staff were so lovely and apologetic. This is my 4th visit and I will return.

Brazilian waxing with hot wax was quite good but they did miss 1 or 2 spots!
