This was the worst haircut experience in my life.
My appointment was booked with Svetlana, and for my suprise she doesn't speak English. At least this can be mentioned in booking or afterwards.
I came a bit early so I sit and waited while lady before me was finished and then Svetlana tidy up and went outside, then she came straight away she asked me to sit in the chair. It was disgusting because she just finished her cigarette and start working on my hair, the smell was terrible, at least she could wash her hands!
So then I start talking to her about what we can do with my hair I realise that she barely understands me because she asked her college to explain to me what she is saying. So my haircut enden up like nightmare. I didn't say a word because I was in some kind of shock. I had long hair and now I barely can tie them. I don't mind how short they are but the thing is how terrible they look. She cut my hair in some kind of old school style then women over 50s look like.
I have had hair removal few times and it was brilliant but after this experience I don't think I will ever comeback again.

I enjoyed my treatment at The Beauty Lounge, Kristina was warm and friendly; she gave a great Swedish Massage as well as some good advice for after care. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed and I left feeling uplifted. This is not a luxury salon, but I received great service and value for money.
