Facial Treatment was very good as per usual. Only thing is it was meant to be a 1hr 15min treatment duration but noticed I only received1hr. So was a tad disappointed as those fifteen mins could have used for massage in my facial to make for a more relaxing experience. That day they also had unexpected staff shortage issues which had a knock-on effect on bookings which they apologised for, So that's the main reason not full five star rating on this occasion.

I have provided a lowered review as I was left waiting for 30 minutes, and the staff didn't say anything to me. The hair cut was excellent, but the service from other staff left something to be desired.
