This was my second brazilian wax with Jelena, she always provides great advice and is happy to give me a moment if it gets too uncomfortable / painful. She happily put the fan on for me when I found the wax too warm, I am very sensitive. If I want to leave larger patches untouched she is happy to comply.
Only reason this is not a perfect 5 is that I found an area that was missed, but other than that no problems.

Jelena was honestly very lovely, friendly and warm. The majority of the wax was good but when I got home I realised there was a sizeable patch of hair missed. There were also many stray hairs on top which were missed. The wax felt quite rushed to be honest, and I was less than satisfied with the results hence the three stars. Though I have had an amazingly thorough wax here before, which I gave 5*, by another member of staff.
