This was the first time I had visited The beauty Lounge. Kristina made me feel very welcome. My intimate waxing was done thoroughly and professionally. Kristina ensured there was no hair left. She spoke to me throughout the treatment to take my mind off of the pain. I will be returning again. Thank you!

Had the hour and fifteen minute ice facial - skin looks good and therapist was friendly; although didn’t introduce herself or explain the facial I had booked in for. Drawbacks were she got a bit too carried away with the extractions and I have had a mark on both sides of my nose since the facial (it’s been just over a week now). Also didn’t like the fact that I was left alone multiple times for 10/15 minutes each time whilst they were heard chatting outside.
