This was my second brazilian wax with Jelena, she always provides great advice and is happy to give me a moment if it gets too uncomfortable / painful. She happily put the fan on for me when I found the wax too warm, I am very sensitive. If I want to leave larger patches untouched she is happy to comply. Only reason this is not a perfect 5 is that I found an area that was missed, but other than that no problems.
