AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! I couldn't be more upset by my visit to The Beauty Lounge E11, I received a lash tint and LVL and even though I've had a patch test and the treatment before I've been left with 2 very prominently red and sore eyes! Straight after the treatment I had blurred vision for several hours and only to be told by the therapist this is 'normal', this is a great concern to me and I have never experienced this when I've had the LVL treatment in other salons. Approach with caution!!

Did the job and my eyes didn’t sting afterwards. Would be nice for the room door to be closed and lights off when I’m laying there with my eyes closed, so you don’t feel self conscious that anyone could walk in/see, and so you aren’t distracted by the noise in the main room. Would also be nice for the staff member to say what they’re doing/when they’re leaving the room.
