The treatment was not the problem, although the wax was quite easily breakable and difficult to use overall. The salon is rather unclean, with mold, water stains and paint coming off the walls. I simply cannot imagine how they meet the required hygiene standards.

I went to the beauty lounge for LVL lashes, I must say I had a great experience as always, the girls are very friendly and they make you comfortable, they even put a blanket and relaxing music. I think I had my treatment with Zoja ( sorry if I didn’t spell it right) she was lovely I had a great conversation with her, I didn’t even realise how fast the hour had passed. Would definitely recommend this place. I had lvl done from other places but this has been the best so far.

I had the most thorough wax ever! Zoja was incredible. I normally leave a wax with a few stray hairs here and there, but not here. She even got her tweezers out to make sure I got the best results. I live in north London, and was in area visiting, but I will gladly get two tubes to get waxed here now!
