Sadly it wasn’t great cold and uncomfortable room a flashlight from a phone was used to make the room more “comfortable and relaxing” the therapist know from a previous salon and she made things awkward - the service itself was ok was only charged £60 and was an ok ish facial - therapist made it a point to tell me she’s now a manager Would I go back probably not

I had very good experience in The Beauty Lounge. Ladies were polite and what's most important I've been done what I was asking for with the dry hair cut I prefer. Thank you so much 🙂
